At 11:30 AM CDT, noted a pair of "floating" prominences on NW limb opposite new AR 2835, which is flaring nice now as well. Wonder how long they can last like this? Good bit of activity all around the disk today Lunt 60, B 1200 Ha diagonal, 12mm Plossl, iPhone 6s.
