Details:
What a show this was, June 16-17. I've rarely seen noctilucent clouds as bright as these. They were brilliant and electric blue at dusk and returned at dawn with an extensive showing reaching up to the zenith. This was from southern Alberta at latitude 51° N.
The evening panoramas show the arc of illumination and the reddish tint to the tops where the Sun is setting for that part of the clouds.
