Details:
About 01.00 UTC (02.00 BS) Extensive cloud cover obscured much of he sky in East Anglia, but a break revealed another display of NLCs. The second image shows interesting layering of light: an artificial light illuminates a local tree .. then the pale orange light of northern night light/dawn near the horizon ... above that light pollution from the City of Norwich (30 kms) on the low cloud ... above that a bright slice of NLCs ... then dark low light pollution area of local clouds .. then the starry night sky to the top right. There have been NLCs now every night for the last week at this latitude c. 52 degrees. Canon EOS7D 6sec f4 41mm ISO800
