Details:
On the evening of Saturday 29th May the widening conjunction between Mercury and Venus was observed descending in the fading sunset twilight sky to the northwest of Mutare and then by remarkable coincidence set in almost the same place (behind a strange weather beaten old Musasa tree known as the Solstice Tree) as Mercury did on the 5th, the Young Moon on the 13th and Venus on the 20th. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS40 in sunset mode with x90 optical plus digital zoom magnification.
