"LIONS FACE SUNSPOT" ....... I thought I would try to image the Sun because the weather was reported to be good that day on 5-14-21. After looking at the sunspot 2822 live on my laptop. All I could see in my minds eye was a lions face looking back at me. I could not stop thinking about it so I thought I would share my vision from my minds-eye in an animation form. I ask you: Do you see the "Lions Face" in the sunspot 2822? I am renaming this sunspot "Lions Face". :-) My setup used was a Lunt LS 100 Hydrogen Alpha Solar telescope with Lunt Solar LS100THA DSII Internal Double Stack Module - DSII / LS100THA. Imaging was with a ZWO asi174mm camera and a 2X barlow.. Seeing was OK. Color was added in CS6 photoshop.
