At around 3:30 pm PST. I stepped outside the workshop and observed what looked like was the eye of God looking down at me. I realized that I’m seeing two halos at once. A 22° sun halo and a Circumscribed halo. First time capturing this display. It was somewhat spectacular while it lasted!
