Today's photo of the V solar arc reminded me of unusual sight.We were in the St.Joe Nat'l Forest in northern Idaho. Saw this amazing sight around 7:00PM.The sky was clear except for some very high ,thin clouds. It looked like an upside down rainbow. I'm sure it has to do with ice crystals, but I'd love to have a detailed explanation. I used an iPhone 7 with HDR.Thanks!
