Details:
On Saturday some close-up views were obtained of Venus, showing rainbow colors caused by atmospheric refraction, setting twenty-five minutes after sunset. The accompanying time-lapse animation and montages were prepared from a series of 20 still images taken over three minutes at x60 optical zoom magnification using a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS40 camera in sunset mode.
