Details:
Powerful northern lights create a blazing spectacle above Hatcher Pass, Alaska on February 7, 2021. Just after 2 am, a brilliant flame of light ignited over the Talkeetna Mountains and WOW! Big rays, big bands, incredible activity and color! I felt I had struck the motherload of auroras. I could actually see with my naked eye a ruddy purplish tint that the camera was picking up. I kept shooting and spinning around like I was dancing on a hot bed of coals. The sky was on fire and I did not want to miss a single bit of this precious light.
