Here are my Samsung 10+ cellphone photos of partially melted snowflakes that I found on a deck chair in my backyard on January 3, 2021. According to my professional weather station history, the temperature at the time was 36F. The flakes are almost identical to the ones I saw on your website of February 4, 2021. I have seen this before but never had a camera handy to photograph them.
