Details:
The recent geomagnetic unrest, including a minor G1 geomagnetic storm, produced beautiful aurorae as reported on Spaceweather.com. It also twitched magnetometer needles including my own here in the UK. It's always exciting to see the effects of space weather directly from my own back yard.
