Details:
What an explosion of green we had in Utsjoki in the northernmost part of Finnish Lapland! I am not sure if that was from the southern coronal hole that we've been expecting as the solar wind speed did not really increase, but it does not really matter up here in Utsjoki: any clear night can turn green! And tonight we also experienced several moments with a red layer on top of the green - but keep in mind that the red colour itself was not visible to the naked eye (it appeared as a milky/white aurora). I can't wait to see what the next days will bring us!
