Description:
Comet C/2020 M3 (ATLAS) imaged on December 10, 2020, just as it passed between the Tadpole Nebula IC 410 (top) and the Flaming Star Nebula IC 405 (bottom), both regions of ionized hydrogen are located in the Milky Way into the constellation Auriga. The comet has a very faint 15 arc minute green coma and a short southwesterly dust tail.
