Details:
Two of our Lights over Lapland guides were doing some maintenance on one of our webCams when I got a very excited message from them telling me that the elusive blue and purple Auroras were showing themselves in the sky above Abisko. During the 10 years or more that I've been chasing the northern lights I've only ever seen the blue lights two or three times - it is always very special to see the northern lights but blue Aurora's can make even seasoned Aurora guides get very excited!
