Lunar halo with Parhelic circle A couple of nights ago I saw this beautiful lunar halo. It's a regular 22° halo with a very prominent Parhelic circle and two bright Parhelia (Moondog or Sundog) . It was a long time since I saw a lunar halo and I can't remember the last time I saw one with such a prominent Parhelic circle. The halo fit perfectly above the winter landscape and was an amazing sight.
