Details:
This was one Amazing Sight. At first glance I could not see Saturn at all with the naked eye. I decided to use a 50mm lens to make sure that Saturn can be clearly seen in the photo.I stacked 5 frames of video taken with my Sony A7s camera to create this image. I then cropped it to better show how close these two planets were to one another. While recording the event, I looked up at the rest of the night sky and these two were definitely the brightest objects out there.
