GREAT CONJUNCTION 2020 JUPITER SATURN IN THE BOX ...! What a nailbiting game it was today in terms of weather in Saxony, Germany! But the weather god had one last understanding and let me target even the smallest distance between the planets! Taken on the Opitz hill between Freital and Tharandt! At the perfect shot time at 16:09 UT, a slightly more opaque cirrus strip to the north that was still in front of the planet even disappeared! An incredibly heavy load fell from my heart ...! Then the sky was relatively clear, exceptionally at the point where thousands of eyes were directed today ...! One more thing: Jupiter and Saturn could be seen CLEARLY separated from each other with the naked eye. 30 minutes after this photo, the planets disappeared behind the cloud front that can still be seen on the horizon ... Canon EOS 6D + Canon EF 1.8/50 STM (F4), ISO 400, 4s, 16:09 UT
