MOON, SATURN & JUPITER...AND CROSS--Some people like to think of the celestial conjunction between Saturn and brighter Jupiter, right, as a symbol of the Christmas "Star of Bethlehem."
And with the crescent Moon near the planetary pair Thursday night as they draw closer to Tuesday's near merging, ASM's Mark Marquette found just the right symbol to remind Christians and others of the reason for the Christmas season.
Enjoy the celestial fireworks...and get some moonshine this week!
