Details:
While not as popular as its sunset counterpart, Sunrise Manhattanhenge is still worth viewing, though it's a little trickier to catch due to the buildings east of Manhattan. This morning I took the train in from New Jersey, to watch the sunrise with a few other people as well as Patience and Fortitude, the lions in front of the New York Public Library (see attached photo of Patience, wearing proper Covid protection). For the sunrise, I used a handheld Canon T3i, with an exposure of 1/500 second at ISO 100.
