Details:
Earth seems to still be in the same stream of solar wind as the night before. Auroras appeared almost as soon as it was dark and have been illuminating the sky most of the night so far (it is around midnight local time when I am writing this, and the wind - earth wind! - became so strong that no tripod allows to film or take pictures anymore!). Most of the action took place in the northern part of the sky. However at some point I looked behind me and a bright band of Aurora suddenly appeared right above the southern horizon! That's the picture with the Aurora above the cottages. The moon added some extra mood to the evening and the pictures.
