Details:
Was out doing a tour of NGC objects in Cygnus, looked up and noticed a patch of light that should not have been there. Got out my Canon T3 and tripod and took these pics. Each 10 seconds at ISO 6400. One at 75mm, the other at 300mm. The view through my 8" Newt showed a bright little spiral "galaxy" with the rocket stage a bright "nucleus". Followed it for about 30min. Towards the end it was varying in brightness from 8th - 12th mag., thus probably rotating or tumbling.
