Details:
flight UAL988 Frankfurt to Washington transiting across the solar disc from my location in Ballintra, Co Donegal, Ireland. I was hoping to capture a plane transit before the sunspot/s departed and just about did that. There is something a lttle more special about capturing flight transits with the presence of large sunspots. Fingers crossed more rotate into view in the coming days.
