Details:
Phobos and Deimos were detected using extreme overexposure on night of 19sept2020, 04h05m UT. Regular image of Mars acquired a few minutes later to add in image, to show geometry and sizes. A delicate technique developed during the 2018 Mars-Earth opposition. Overexposure must be just right to bring out the two moons simultaneously, despite their differing orbits, and without losing them in the intense glare of the overexposure. Done with a SC11, f/10, telescope, and ZWO ASI224MC planetary camera.
