What an exceptional Aurora show again here in the Arctic! Considering the ongoing solar wind conditions, I knew I had to be ready as soon as it's darkish outside, and what a good idea. Even during the bright blue hour, the northern lights made a very contrasted appearance! Night eventually became dark, and more northern lights danced in the sky. A particular outburst produced extremely fast moving curtains and needles, swirling all around the entire sky into all directions. I honestly don't recall such a powerful show in my life before! And it lasted for quite a long time! I've filmed it all in real time and I will upload the movie the next day. In the meantime, I hope it is OK to publish here the link to the movie of the previous night, with equally impressive colors and speed! https://vimeo.com/462304174
