Details:
On Friday morning the Waning Crescent Moon was photographed in clear blue sky above a Tabebuia (Golden Trumpet) tree, three-quarters-of-an-hour after sunrise. In the first image the rising Sun is illuminating a Tabebuia inflorescence in the same way as it does the Moon! Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in sunset mode.
