Details:
Today in San Francisco the atmosphere was eerie and apocalyptic. The sky was orange, and it was so dark that streetlights were on in the middle of the day. Even Marine layer turned orange. Sometimes it felt as the whole San Francisco was moved to Mars. The unusual conditions were created by the smoke from California and Oregon wildfires. Smoke particles are scattering light and only red, yellow and orange could reach to the ground. I included a satellite image of the smoke in my video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJiN7wwKagI&t=3s To realize how dark it was please watch a mailman delivering the mail and using headlight to read the addresses (the clip is by the end of the video)
