Details:
I started walking down to the beach and was shocked that I could see this whitish, blue hue glowing by the water from so far away. As I got closer I noticed that what i was seeing was bioluminescent waves crashing on the beaches of Assateague Island in Maryland. I quickly set up my camera and let it go catching this exploding meteor within the first few minutes. I captured a few dozen perseids this night from many spots on the island, but this was a special moment to me. Nikon D850 @ 17mm, ISO 1250 @ 20 seconds.
