Details:
I set my camera up outside the front door to try capturing some Perseids this evening. Five Perseids showed up in frame between 9:52PM and 12:31AM local time (0452-0731 UT / 10 August 2020) along with a few sporadics. Four of the Perseids were captured after moonrise. ||
This image is composed of 18 shots — 10 stacked for the star field and 8 images with meteors rotated and masked to correct positions in the stacked star field to help determine radiants. ||
