Details:
This is an image of Saturn during opposition. The image shows the opposition effect aka Seeliger Effect where the rings of Saturn brighten up. This also proves that Saturn's ring is made of grains of ice. This shows a storm at +63N. I have been tracking this storm since April/May. ****** CONFIDENTIAL STScI will release a Hubble image of Saturn soon showing this spot.
