Details:
Almost decided not to get up early for the comet this morning. Glad I changed my mind!!
After I started processing my pictures, I saw some purplish streaks, an enhanced red glow, and a greenish background. Realized I had captured an aurora in addition to the comet! It was not noticeable to the naked eye.
Details: Canon Ra camera and Tamron 28-300mm lens on a Skywatcher Star Adventurer mount.
