Details:
It is interesting to note that the ion tail is not just blue but part of it shines in the violet. What ions shines at that wavelength? I really don't know, but they look even lighter than the blue ones. BTW, I also considered I made something wrong with my image processing but some pictures made by other authors look similar. Picture details: stack of 25, 10" shots with a 200 mm FL zoom lens.
