Hi Tony, I got very lucky with my fourth night in a row observing C/2020 F3 NEWOWISE. For us in the northern hemisphere it is the best comet in our skies since Hale-Bopp in 1997, in fact, I would say NEOWISE is the most beautiful comet I've ever seen in my life and I have observed 72 comets. The comet rose from the clouds and looked proud perched in the pre-dawn getting basking it its glory and begging to be seen. The comet and tail were a vivid gold colour which was astonishing, the view in the telescope was out of this world, I was walking around the scope stuck for words to express how I felt, this was the best celestial moment of my life! Images taken with static tripod and 100-400mm lens.
