Details:
Comet NEOWISE was visible to the naked eye. The tail was quite nice and several degrees in length. Photos (single exposures) taken with a Canon EOS 800D at ISO 1600, 13 sec. In this time when it seems like the world is "going to heck in a handbasket," it is very comforting to see an awesome sight like this in the sky and to think about how beautiful and majestic the universe is, and to realize how insignificant us humans and our problems are in comparison! The 2nd photo also includes Venus and the Pleiades.
