Comet "Lemmon" through the EF 135mm f/2 USM lens on my Canon EOS Ra camera this weekend (Image No. 1). The green hue of the comet's coma was also visible on the camera's LCD display screen at 30x magnification (see Image No. 2). I would have liked to have taken more pictures but the clouds moved in and ended the session not long after I arrived at my location. It was fairly cold at 9C up there in Wintertime but I can't complain because I've visited Northern Canada - a location which puts Australia's mild winters to shame. Would love to have used an EQ mount for tracking this comet in the sky with a longer exposure.
