Details:
It was my first lunar occultation of Venus I've observed and recorded. I was waiting for this for 12 years. My first try tooked place on December 1st, 2008. But the clouds won. Second try was on July 15th, 2012 before sunrise, when Moon occults Jupiter. Clouds won again. Third time I tryed in similar daytime conditions on April 6th, 2016. Clouds versus me - 3:0. Todays attempt was fourth and finally, succes. But if the occultation were moved 20 minutes later or even just 3 minutes faster, then the clouds would win again. Fortunnely, not this time. In my location, this event was visible at 10:10 UTC with elevation of Venus by 52 degrees. Weather conditions before noon were poor (some thin clouds and high humidity); crescent Moon was almost inivisible even through telescope. Occultation of Venus was visible between few breaks of clouds, which bring me another storm this day few hours later. Equipment: refractor 90/910 with barlow lens 2x and Lumix GX800K. Video of this event is aviailable at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p076gKhjG9U and http://www.polskiastrobloger.pl/2020/06/wideo-relacja-z-obserwacji-dzienne-zakrycie-wenus-przez-ksiezyc-19.06.2020-ad.html with more images and details
