Details:
From 3:15 AM to 4:00 AM, I snapped many pictures. The Noctilucent Cloud display was VERY BRIGHT and extended 20 degrees up from the NNE horizon and was about 90-degrees wide (past true north). Capella was just above them. The smoke-like tendrils were moving ever slightly over time. It looked like a Van Gogh painting, and the crescent Moon made an appearance rising in the ENE. Here are two of the better pics, high above Riverside State Park in NW Spokane. No post-processing was necessary; the increasing brightness of the dawn made it easy to get good lighting levels without any adjustments.
