Details:
On Friday 5th June the Full Moon was observed rising above Cecil Kop Nature Reserve in the direction of Mozambique just after the Sun had disappeared below the opposite horizon. As the Moon appeared it was in a rapidly rising pink Belt of Venus which gave way to a dark band of Earth Shadow through which it climbed while increasing in brightness and changing colour from pale orange to yellow. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in sunset mode with up to x60 zoom magnification.
