The conjunction of Mercury and Venus (center scene photo) was really beautiful in the Tucson AZ sky. Mercury was bright, the photo does not do it justice . This image was assembled from three photos captured with Nikon D850s, the first the overall scene including the telescope in the foreground looking over my backyard with the two planets quickly descending to the horizon in the dwindling light. The scene image was captured with a 20 mm lens. The images on the right side is actually two separate images of Mercury (below) and Venus (above) captured with a Skywatcher 180 mm telescope using 90 sec of video that was stacked, deconvoluted, processed with denoise and then assembled into one image and in turn stacked with the scene photo. Venus and Mercury separation is not accurate.
