Details:
I could enjoy imaging and processing of the comet this weekend. The comet was not disappearing. There looked to be several fragments around the main brightest component. The comet is said to be a fragment of The Great Comet of 1844, C/1844 Y1, and it is natural that this comet tends to fragmentate. The comet was drifting toward west southwest in Camelopardalis. Yellowish tail was toward east, length about 45 arcminuts. Bluish green halo was round about 38 arcminutes in diameter at the most. North is up, and east is to the left.
