Details:
Light polluted skies of north Texas I decided to image the comet high up in the north and to my surprise it has brightened considerably over the past week. Now sporting a short dust tail seen shooting up and closely looking at it I may see a secondary ion tail starting up. Taken with canon 7D camera single exposure 15 seconds iso 800. Telescope used was Orion skyquest 16 inch goto. No eyepiece was used.
