Details:
I imaged the solar disk at the Kitt Peak Visitor Center's Solar observatory. The image was captured with a Coronado 70mm Calcium,CaIIK, scope and a Meade LPI-G 6 meg camera. The Calcium view presents bright, large white blotches were magnetic fields are strong. There is a complete absence of strong magnetic activity in this image.
