Finally this winter we have some minuses here in Latvia. Nice sunny day without clouds and coming atmospheric front for closest hours... Sky is clear, but we can feel coming clods from front. It looks like stratosphere is filled with snow crystals... Finally perfect moon halo, what I haven't newer seen before! What for evening!
