Details:
We have been lucky to see the PSC quite a few times since December, but today it was a very unexpected display. Strong winds and snow have created blizzard like conditions here in Utsjoki since last night and all of a sudden the clouds passed and these vibrant Polar Stratospheric Clouds became visible.
