Details:
Geomagnetic unrest, as recorded on my home brew magnetometer here in the UK. The event, which resulted from the magnetic polarity of the solar wind tipping south, was very minor. Nevertheless it sparked beautiful aurora and was easily detected on magnetometers around the globe, including my own.
