Details:
6 days out of 7 it is cloudy here in the winter. Just at sunset on the 28th, the SW sky cleared and the beautiful Moon-Venus Conjunction presented itself in the rapidly fading winter twilight. Details: I ran out to my deck with my Nikon Coolpix 520 camera, hastily tripoding it, I took about 60 images between 4:29-5:16 pm EST. These 4 are the best of them. My shutter speed ranged from 1/25 to 1/4, and my aperture was on automatic and varied accordingly. It was a lovely spontaneous surprise.
