Details:
Tonight the twilight view was blocked by thick clouds and no Moon visible. But after Sunset the sky cleared and the bright beautiful conjunction was visible to be captured. These two images were captured with a Nikon D850 using a 50 mm lens for the scene a 500 mm lens for the closeup. A nice end to the 2019 year of sky viewing with many great events including eclipses, fireballs, planetary alignments and conjunctions. full resolution" https://flic.kr/p/2i6DMbd
