Details:
A short trip for some other interests (in the region of the Comana Woods) allowed myself and my brother-in-law to get some nice views of the not too-often viewed young Moon after sunset. Pretty hard to spot it, with cirrus clouds and not so good transparency. Only home did I noticed that Saturn was also spotted in some of the frames. The Moon had only a 2.2% phase ! Equip: 127mm Maksutov and Canon 6D for detailed shot, and Canon 70-200mm L lens with the same camera for the conjunction shot.
