Details:
On Friday 20th the near Solstice Sun was observed setting behind thin veils of cloud above the horizon. These dimmed the light of the Sun sufficiently for delicate bands of cloud to be visible in front as it disappeared from view behind Hospital Hill. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in sunset mode with up to x60 zoom magnification.
