Details:
Travelling through forest with occasional clear breaks in the trees and observed these clouds over 2 hour period but lost the clear view from forest before darkness took over. I am not sure if they are noctilucent clouds mixed with a little polar stratospheric clouds even if this is possible ? I am familiar with both clouds but this has confused me ?
