Details:
Polar Stratospheric Clouds made their first appearance over Stockholm earlier this afternoon and shone brightly against the evening sky.
Unfortunately they are also supposed to be responsible for the ozone hole over Antarctica so could they have made a more fitting appearance than for the inauguration of the Climate Summit in Madrid today.
